My boyfriend recently got caught drink driving.
He was out one Sunday night and had a good bit to drink and got a taxi home. Monday afternoon about 3pm his mom invited him up to dinner and he decided hed go up and as he was drivinf through the town he saw the guards and had the option to go the long way around but he felt he had nothing to be scared off and drove on and they stiopped and did a random breathalyzer test. He failed it. They took him down the station and took bllods and he went for something to eat and came back for the car within a half an hour and passed the breathalyzer. He is waiting on the blood results at the the minute. What is more than likely going to happen?

What's going to happen is that he is going to call up his local solicitor and have a chat with him where he can get some legal advice in relation to his predicament.
