There were always preview pages for Season 4 and 5 with a decent amount of discussion.. not anymore though...

I thought those two kids were meant to be MiB and Jacob, how they grew up together on the island until they took their roles that they carry out today which separated them.

If i had to guess the first vid was either the mother off Jacobs or MIB or both. The women patching her up to me seemed a we bit creepy, and aviods questions better than MIB, which leads me to think there might be a link there. The two kids have to be Jacob and MIB, theres no season regulars cast in this ep so i doubt the hunter was sawyer.

Find out wednesday if im wrong!

I'm hoping there's time traveled involved. What if the current losties get stranded on the island back when mib & Jacob were kids

It had been confirmed a long time ago that there would be an episode (ie this one) in which no season regulars would appear. This will no doubt give this episode a very original and stand alone feel to it.

I read somewhere that MIB doesn't get named in this episode, which means he'll probably never have a real name. Lame.

All we can do is hope.
I read spoilers that said that all but one of the candidates would be killed in ep 6x14, so spoilers aren't always reliable.
(You're probably right though.)

i think mib and jacob are brothers, i think the pregnant lady is their mother and the creepy lady kills her. Maybe she brings them up herself or maybe shes mibs mother and the pregnant lady is jacobs. The island might have an 'evil' on it already that was channelled into mib, either a general effect on the population (ie 'the sickness dharma innoculated against) or maybe the creepy woman is the current role of the evil mib and it gets passed onto him. I'm guessing that the hunter people do something bad on the island either as newbies or another one group vs the other group war.

just my 2c so far, could be completely wrong so far

Most recently it was an interview I read with Henry Ian Cusick in which he said non of the original cast are present. I know cast/producers might try to lead us astray but I believe none of the original cast will be in it since it has been touted as such for so long.
