    i just remembered something that works really well, FIGS!!

    i used to have a tree outside my house, ate a whole bag of them one day , then wondered what was wrong with me! u can buy syrup of figs, i think it does the same thing.

    Yeah, it's bad stuff : Phenylalanine - Aspartame

    I had some sour boiled sweets from Lidl a couple of months back, just a little plastic container of them. They were a little soft so I went through a load of them fairly rapidly and ended up pebble dashing the bog for the next 2 hours.

    Aspartame was originally proposed as an anti-ulcer drug, not a sweetener.
    So it's like a chemist spiking your food with drugs :eek:
