    Kimbo Slice v Matt Mitrione

    Lyoto Machida v Mauricio Rua

    works out 2/1

I'd be going Kimbo and Shogun, tbh. But that could be heart over head.:o

I wouldn't be putting big money on the main and co-main event to be honest, could go either way

I think Kimbo will beat Mitrione but one good moneyshot could end it for either fighter.

I have a few bets on tonight:

Tom Lawlor, Marcus Davis, Patrick Cote; €15 returns €40

Marcus Davis single, €50 with a €10.50 profit with Betfair

Tom Lawlor, Marcus Davis, Johny Hendricks, Kimbo Slice; €10 returns €29

Kimbo to win, €13.12 (even my account) @ 1.91 with Betfair

And a €5 on Daley because he hasn't let me down yet and I have a good feeling about him ;)

Mitrione was the main bet i was looking at tbh, just threw in shogun to increase the odds, so i wont be too pissed off if Kimbo wins in a sense as i can concede i got it wrong, but if shogun lets me down i will be pissed off for being a greedy **** haha

I think that Mitrione is great value at evens - I've taken that one. Ordinarily I'd be hoping for a Kimbo win as he seems like a really nice guy. Reports are that he's training really hard at ATT too but you can't ignore how bad he looked against Petruzelli, Nelson and Alexander versus the very good performances Mitrione had against Junk and Jones. Evens on Mitrione is just too long in my opinion.

Considering Seth caught him cold it would be unfair to judge his "performance" after 14 seconds. He was out wrestled by Nelson, but nothing suggests Mitrione has wrestling ability considering he was taken down fairly easily by Jones. And if Kimbo connected with Mitrione like Junk did, he would KO him, granted Matt probably has a tighter defence now. And if memory serves me correctly Mitrione lost the 1st round, then caught Marcus Jones (who has no chin). KO'ing someone while losing the fight would be hard to judge as a good performance imo. The only blatant flaw of Kimbo was he gassed against Houston and was open to leg kicks, I cant judge on Mitrione's cardio but he surely doesn't have leg kicks half as good as Alexander. It is a very open fight considering they are very similiar fighters, so I fail to see why you think it is so clear cut?
For your own safety I wouldn't go too crazy betting on him, he might win but it is definately not as blatant as you think.

A great card anyway, I'm pumped for it :)
