    Ok,
So according to citizensinformation.ie, if you are reduced to part time hours (less than 3 days) from full time you could be entitled to some benefit.
I switched from full time to part time last september (by choice) as I was going back to college - however college fees got away from me and it pretty much went belly up in the first couple months.
I've been on part time since as I wasn't able to switch back to full time - would I be entitled to anything? Or is the fact that it was originally a decision a deal-breaker?
I ask cos it's getting increasingly difficult to manage (had an overdraft for college which I've just paid back with a loan, meaning an extra weekly repayment as well as rent, bills, food and the rest...
