    Hi guys,

Would really appreciate some help. I have a 2008 Griffith manual for property law which is now outdated. Would I need to buy a new Property manual to have the new act in it?

    Thanks in advance :)

Yes, I'm afraid the pre-conveyancing act 2009 texts are now out of date.

The PRA have issued some practice notes on the 2009 which are very good.

You'd probably be better off all right, theres been a lot of change. It was a balls studying this year with no up tp date book. The explanatory memorandum from the act is pretty good. If you need to start studying for exams, succession, adverse possession and finding are unchanged :)
