    I bought some presets but I don't like them at all so I usually adjust each image individually. If I shoot a lot with the same light conditions I copy and paste the settings. That works better for me.

    i love to use Totally Rad Actions in Photoshop, and desperately want to use Totally Rad Lightroom Presets (link!) but they're spendy.
    Currently, i use some of the toners in WOW and i've heard good things from Camera Dojo, but never tried it for myself (maybe today's the day...) and also from Laconic.
    deciding which ones you're going to use and put organize them in some way is good once you download a bunch... i only recently made a "favorites" folder in my presets list, and it's made all the difference. i once downloaded a pack of 600 presets and after a week of scrolling through them ALL for different photos, i wanted to gouge my eye out!!! hahaha
