On March 31st, GW sued Curse.com over their use of GW content.

Before anyone starts the big evil company hurting their fans rants, the main issue seems to be that Curse is a commercial, for-profit company, making money from their use of the Curse client, and from the warhammeralliance.com site they bought from the founders (through advertising and premium memberships), and this profiting off GW's work.

TBH, as much as there is a point in that Curse are a commercial entity, GW have been actively pursuing a lot of sites and or small hobby web projects over the last year or so in a very aggressive manner.

In this case, there's a pair of them at it. Otherwise, it's big bad evil company, rant rant rant.
