    Hi
Im looking for advice on the best places to go on holiday this year.
Me and my boyfriend where looking to go away (first time) this year. Were thinking of maybe Lanzarote or Gran Canaria??
What are the nicest places to go in either of these places and when is the best time of the year to go?
Were both 20 and not really looking for a mad place full of drunken teenagers at night. Although we do not want a very quiet place for families and elderly.
Where are the best places for young couples?

    Thanks

have you had a look at fuertaventura in the canaries?really nice spot and from what i can remember it pretty much fits the bill for what you're after....

Hate to disagree but Fuerteventura was family heaven when we were there - everything stopped at midnight. It's not that we are mad party animals, but when you're battling for restaurant space with buggies, then you know the average demographic in the resort

Much preferred Puerto Del Carmen in Lanzarote. Plenty of lovely restaurants, good bars and not too wild. Nightclubs are there if required, but "it's not exactly Santa Ponsa" :D
