diy divorce

    Hi there. Looking to know has anyone out there had any experience with DIY divorce. Everything fairly straightforward between me and my ex but still got quoted minimum 5k from a solicitor to arrange a divorce....not happening...can't afford but do not qualify for legal aid. Want to know is it easy enough. Understand there is a lot of paperwork involved........:)

    google 'diy divorce' and some certain hits come up

    I think you can get through the process for around 700 euro without filing charges. something like that

    Edit: I just had a look at one or two of the sites and I'm somewhat concerned. Some people behind these sites do not have or hold legal qualifications. Whilst it is not fatal, I'd be somewhat concerned.
