    speak to a solicitor.

don't mean to sound short on the matter but issues of lease and trust, and the holding of, give rise to certain equittable interests, legal interests and powers and rights.

This is further complicated by the issue of partnership, degrees of control, how the trust was devised (ie where it came from) and under what standing rules the trust was created, and often times how it will operate.

Unfortunately, all these matters would have to be known before someone/anyone could or would answer this question.

Because of the technical and probably confidential nature of these issues, you should only speak to a solicitor

I wish you the very best
