Hi, Just wondering if you could help me, I am trying to change the bank a/c my children's allowance goes into but can't get through by telephone:mad:, I have googled to see if there was a form but can't find it

You cant do it over the phone,

you have to send them the new details by post and sign it.

They need your

name
address
prsi number
children's allowance number
State that you wish to change banks from old bank + details to
new bank address
new bank sort code
new bank account number
and your signature

there is no form to fill in to change bank details.

send by registered post.

They're on work to rule so aren't answering the phones at the moment which is probably why you couldn't get through, then again they were never known for answering it!
