    Hello,

I just been emailed the above by a solicitor (they want me to give evidence in relation to a company I used to work for)

Can I be subpoenaed to this or is this just a request?

If I don't go what are the consequences?

I need a weeks notice for time off and this is on next week. Plus who pays for the days off?

    Any help would be great!

    Cheers!

    Edit: Just found this!

ring the solicitor and ask them!

a subpoena will have that title on the top of the document and you must be served with it (Arguably you have been seeing as you received it by email) but not the usual way to serve a subpoena.

ring solicitor and speak to them
