Hi all, im looking for a (absolute) beginner MMA class, i looked through the stickied thread but could'nt find any gyms accesible from where i am, Harolds cross. If anyone could point me in the right direction i would be most grateful and unfortuantley i dont have a car so it rules out a lot of good gyms.

All gyms cater for beginners, the more experieced fighters are usually a great help in helping out with beginners so its good for beginners to train like that.

Just get up to the nearest club to you and get started..

Rush Boxing club and Rush Martial Arts head coach.
