Best place in the City centre for a chap with longish hair to get it tidied up? (The hair, not the city centre)

    Budget of 10-30 euro.

    Cheers

Trinity Barbers usually comes up tops on these things.
Also good are the Grafton Barbers (all over the place) and one I tried recently which was Grand Barbers on Pearse St in the skinny apartment building just at the bridge over Grand Canal Dock, same service as Grafton Barbers but a bit cheaper
