    Doubt it...would be great to see it finally if they did...

    At least if they do get it in the states then it will be available online fairly soon afterwards..

    Would I be correct in thinking that if this official release comes out in the US that people making roms such as Villain will be able to increase battery life due to the kernel or something? Or would it be of any use to our GSM Hero's considering the americans are CDMA?

    Hope I got all the jargon right there! :D

    I believe the VillainROM 5.x roms were based on a leaked rom from a CDMA phone so the kernel should be compatible (maybe requiring some tweaking). I think the radio firmware rom is more dependent on specific hardware.
