Get off boards. Guaranteed if you go to bed now you'll wake at 5 fresh as a daisy and you'll get twice as much done between 5 and 7 in the morning

ah sure u cant be studying at five unless its the night before one of exams.Just get plenty of sleep and study at reasonable hours
