Not sure if this is the right forum but anyway. I'm hoping to delevelop a career in special needs and one area I have thought about is working with people who have speech and hearing difficulties. So, is it hard to learn sign language to work as an Educational Support Worker ?

You really need to have access to somewhere you can use your sign language and get lots of practice. I don't have sign but I use quite a bit of Lamh and I find that after a few weeks of not using it that I forget some of the signs.
