Just wondering about airsoft guns being converted

    hey guys
    im just wondering why a airsoft gun cannot be made into a real gun, i just saw a youtube of a agent making a fool of himself saying they can, obviously they cant be turned into real guns but why not?

    A toaster is as good a starting point for a real gun as a pot metal flimsy airsoft gun.

    There is no part on an airsoft gun that functions like a real gun does. There is no firing pin, the barrel is too small for any caliber ammunition and it's made of aluminium which would explode if a round was put through it. There's also no chamber to hold the round.

    Anyone who claims an airsoft gun can in any way be converted into a real gun obviously has no idea how real guns work.

    Converting an AEG to fire real steel rounds is not possible
