The 10 (as discussed in the Network Review thread) will be cancelled and replaced on the northside by the 46a being extended to Phoenix Park. The new high frequency 39a from Blanchardstown will replace the 10 route on the southside to Belfield via Baggot Street.

Both services will offer a higher frequency than the 10.

Both the 46a and 39a will operate at a higher frequency than the 10 does.

Therefore both the northern and southern halves will have more buses.

That has to be an improvement!

No. There is a massive bus network review about to happen. The bus services will be much better soon. Losing the 10 sounds bad but the new 46a / 39 routes will be far superior.
