I have a Capriz heatline gas boiler,

the pressure gauge on it reads over 3 and a half bar. when it is not working-being used- it is at 1.5 bar, but when it runs for only a hour it raises over 3.5 and keeps going, this happens if it runs heating the house or just the water.

a couple of people have said that there should be an overflow to reduce the pressure, but no one can find it.

is this a big issue and should I get a plumber in asap?

it is a rented house and should the landlord be looking after it?

    thank you for any comments/advise

    mayoman.

Landlord is responsible. sounds like a faulty expansion vessel.
