    Hi fOLKS,
A friend of mine was recently offered redundancy after 10 years service,She accepted the offer by way of a letter to management, two days later she was calle into a meeting and was accused of minor offences over the years she was told she could contest the "charges" and the guards would be called or offer to resign and the matter would be forgotten, through shock and fear she stupidly resigned then and there they asked her to hand write the letter in front of them and sign it.
My question is this bar the obvious (is this anyway legal) is if they accepted her dated redundancy offer is she still entitled to her redundancy

See a solicitor about this... on it's face she may have a case.
