Gave it a knock. I've been living with half a screen for over a week know pondering my options but I have some video work to do so its gotta be replaced.

I love this screen, its beautiful. Great colour and sufficient response time. Unfortunately Dell have discontinued it in europe it seems. They have the SX for sale but its 190 Ex Vat. Forking out for a new screen was not something I budgeted for so I'm only looking to spend 150 or so total. Whats the best I can get in that price bracket?

    Key:
    1920x1080
    21.5"
    Small base area
    5ms or less

I've spotted this http://www.pixmania.ie/ie/uk/4657852/art/hp/2210i-22-tft-wide-screen.html#tech-specs which looks nice aesthetically but I cant find any user opinions of it online. Never completely trust the specs.

Would love some input or suggestions.
    Thanks,
    Lethal.

Not sure about that screen, hard to find reviews on rebadged OEM jobbies, even if for screens (and PSUs) they're usually not that bad at all :o

Pretty sure you can rely on low-end LG panels for good-quality monitors under €150 :)

    This offer
might be worth a punt ;)

IIRC different manufacturers use different tests for contrast ratio but that is listed as 20K to 1....something to be concerned about?
