I work with this guy who I am also in a band with. I am falling for him more and more. I got the nerve up to tell him a couple of months ago and he wisely said it would ruin everything. We spend a lot of time together and get on really well. I am finding it very difficult. On top of this he is ten years younger than me which is making me feeI like a so-called "cougar". I just want to stop fancying him. Help

There's nothing worse than fancying someone (or being fancied) when it's not reciprocated. I think your workmate was very mature to nip it in the bud.. You work together and you're in a band together. You just need to tell yourself to stay professional.

A wise man once said the only way to get over one man is to get under another. If you can get interested in another guy you will probably forget about that guy you work with.

I totally agree with you, he is very mature. I'm trying my best to unfancy him. I agree with your advice about finding another guy but I'm finding it difficult to even consider anyone else. On top of that, we do most of our socialising together because of being in the band together. Tis very flirtatious between us at the best of times.
