I was told told on November 9th that my shift would be made redundant in early march. We were then told that in february that it would be end of may early june. 2 weeks ago it was posted on the notice board that people would be gradually let go from mid june with eventual closure of the shift on July 2nd.Today we were informed we wouldn't be leaving until September at the earliest and it may even be November.

I'm wondering is this legal, can they post a date then change the date. I'm 23 and have been working there for 6 and a half years so my redundancy package is something that i need as i intend to travel so i'm gettin tired of these costant changes

    Yes.

You are not "entitled" to be made redundant, the job is either there to be done or it isn't.

Your employer can try and inform you when he thinks you may be made redundant... but the reality is you are not made redundant until they formally notify you, pay you what your entitled, and give you your P45.
