Having received my fist Open Fairways card from a very generous boardsie I thought it was only fair to pass on this little nugget.

This discount code reduces the cost of a 12 month membership from €99 to €59: ICAI2010.

Basically the Open Fairways card offers half price golf at pretty much every course in the country. I played Tulfarris last week for €15 using it, fantastic value.

Is it worth getting this card?? Seems the fees listed on the fairways website are slightly over inflated in relation to said clubs own listed fees?

Well my friends and I use it quite regularly, the card offers a four-ball for the price of a two-ball, so it pays for itself almost immediately. We aren't members of any course so it makes sense for the journeyman golfer who travels around a bit.
