If you are using OpenDNS to block adult sites with a dynamic IP you will need to keep refreshing it on your OpenDNS account if your IP changes.

I haven't used openDNS in a while but from memory you need to create an account with them to block adult sites. When you log in you can select what type of sites you want blocked porn, poker..... As long as your IP address is the same as whats on your openDNS cp it will keep blocking sites but if you have a dynamic IP and your router is powered off and on you will likely get a new IP and the sites won't be blocked anymore.

If you have a static IP openDNS works great to block adult sites throughout your network, unless someone hits the reset button on your router. :D
