hydrulic winch for tractor

HI all ihave been trying for awhile to find a small hydrulic winch for a tractor , around about 10 ton pull ,wonder if anyone has any ideas on such a winch, i think the battery electric type would be a bit under powered, so im think hydrulic , and if they would run off a small tractor hydrulics, Granpa

Only Place I've ever seen them. Hope it helps. They are expensive, but need to be top quality for safety.
