    Hi,
    Just wondering if anyone has had any difficulty in the last 2 weeks with either the alpharooms website or getting through to them on the phone.
    I booked a hotel on the website about 6 weeks ago, but decided to change hotel 2 weeks ago, i tried logging in to my account on the website but it says no data retreived on my account. I have phoned several times and have been told that they are extremly busy due to the ash crisis 2 weeks ago,and that they will phone me back - im still waiting for the call ??? i tried again last night to phone but couldnt get through to speak to anyone.
    Im now getting a little worried as full payment was taken when i booked and im going on holidays in 2 weeks time. :confused:
    Any suggestons ?????
