Forgot Facebook password, not getting reset email

I've forgotten my Facebook pass. I've used their reset facility but I've not received the email. I've checked my spam folder. Has anyone else had problems like this? I've tried numerous times over the past 2 weeks at this stage. Is there any other way to sort this out? Thanks
