Ok my head is nearly wrecked at this stage.

Been sussing out flights but they're edging closer to 4 grand which was more than we had anticipated.

    Basically flying from London-delhi-bangkok-singapore-darwin-alice springs-sydney-buenos aires-sao-paulo-lima-cuzco-lima-miami-dallas-vancouver-london

coming in around €3,800 which seems steep.

have the year long canadian whv so plan on ending up in canada. may not even use return flight to london as the rtw flights only last a year.

got quotes from trailfinders and usit. can anyone suggest anywhere else? do these prices seems extortionately high?

    all suggestions welcome please :)

    Try http://www.roundtheworldflights.com

You might not get those exact flights but if your willing to travel across some continents yourself it could work out.

    Thank you :)

Has anyone used this crowd before are they reliable?

Spoke with the a fortnight ago and they are reliably as they are part of FlightCentre, I however booked our instead with Usit as the RTW Experts flights were departing from Heathrow and we had to make our own way there as with Usit the Irish leg to Heathrow is included although about the same price, with Sterling after getting so strong now roughly €1=82p then Usit may be cheaper. RTW experts are more flexible and allows for free flight changes something Usit charges €150 for.

We're doing a simpler route at Cork > London > Singapore > Perth > Melbourne > Sydney > Brisbane and Cairns (by Hire car) > Sydney > Los Angeles > Las Vegas (Roadtrip no. 2 baby!) > Los Angeles > London > Cork.

But even though it is a RTW, we are giving most of the time in Australia spending less than a week of the month in Singapore and the US and only transiting through the UK.

It's so high because of how many flights you want. I got a Lima - Cusco flight for $57 at the last minute, but it's probably adding a good bit to yours.
A normal rtw would end when you'll be in Sao Paulo. It's the Lima, and then North America that is adding on at least another 1000, if not more. Including north and south america is always expensive

Sorry just checked back now, ive booked with them and am going in about 5 weeks.

London > LA > Tahiti > Auckland > Christchurch > Sydney > Hong Kong > london and it cost 1300 euro approx. Dunno if they are reputable but they seemed fine to deal with and ive given them all my money so they better be! :D

And im flying in and out of sydney for example but you can fly into sydney, travel across land and fly out of say perth for no extra cost! Thats the way they work it with most of the stops.
