Interesting episode. Things are really heating up now - must of which happened in the last 2 minutes of this week's episode.

POTW was an different type of medical problem, figured the fiancee would leave at the end though!

I presume Taub and the wife will have a bust up next week or the week after.

Don't know what to make of House telling Cuddy the least he wanted was for them to be friends. Does he mean he wants more or no type of relationship with her? Very well shot scene with their faces on opposing sides of the shot. On a side note, there haven't been many scene with Cuddy this season really have there?

And I'm guessing now they're getting at House is an alcoholic, feel a bit of a let down by that. The writers take him off Vicodin and instead he starts to depend on alcohol. Saying that, I guess that's actually quite realistic.

What are the chances there will be a big alcoholic driven scene in the season finale between House & Cuddy, House & Wilson or House & Sam?

House is now an alco. Booo!. Expected I guess, seeing as he's an addict. Wasn't he addicted to cooking after getting clean and being on leave from work.

I disagree with the notion that he is an alcoholic. There have been many indications that his leg pain has been flaring up and these new pills he's taking which look like some kind of vitamin supplement are not relieving the pain. Remember how he looked at the bottle before he had the drink at the end?

He wants to be with Cuddy, the idea of them just being friends is painful for him, and his relationship with Cuddy has been a pale shadow of what it was because she is with Lucas. He has already lost Cuddy for now and now his relationship with Wilson is being curtailed too. He had Wilson as a friend throughout the series and now he is more isolated and alone than he ever has been. Poor House is depressed in my opinion, not an alcoholic (not yet anyway It would be a cop out, the writers are better than that in my opinion). He can't have the woman he loves and now his friendship with Wilson is being restricted.

I think the finale will probably see House have some kind of emotional mental breakdown or he will find himself wanting to turn to vicodin again to help him cope.

Only 2 episodes left this season!:(

As Jordainius said, I've the same impression with House's comment to Cuddy at the end. The last thing he wants is to be friends is purely because if he can't have 1 thing, he doesn't want settle with another.

I found it hilarious the way House pestered Tuab out of the affair. "KissMyAssthma99" <-- classic haha.

I loved the kareoke scene - really funny... It'd be nice to see House, Foreman and Chase hanging out more often...

The karaoke scene was great! I'm also curious as how House's drinking will affect the last two episodes.

My guess is that he'll go on a right bender. There will a vitriolic shouting match involving him, Cuddy and Lucas.

Plus he'll probably have another huge go at Wilson's girlfriend, witnessed by Wilson himself, resulting in a Wilson kicking House out of the apartment end of season cliffhanger.

Very specific guess I know... :D

Damn, only 2 more episodes, boo. :(
I liked 'the Choice'. Wonder did it refer to the guy choosing not to be gay or House choosing to turn to the bottle? I hope the season finale is good, not just a cop out. I'm not sure about him becoming alcohol dependent- wouldn't it just be back to square one for him? Hmmm.. all I know is roll on the last two!! :D
