Have been swimming for a year now and it has become my new addiction. Was a total beginner when I started but want to upgrade now and buy myself some nice goggles, maybe a timer water and swimsuit. As I have busy days would love to be able to buy online so hoping someone can recommend a site they use

Also I am on my 4th pair of goggles but they all seem to leak water at some stage - any particular good brands. My previous ones have been speedo's??

swimshop.co.uk, I've used them several times and they are quite fast. Delivery is 4 pounds for packages up to 1kg.

As for goggles, there is a large degree of personal preference with them. I like these ones, they come with 3 different nose pieces so you can adjust them to fit.

I bought a wetsuit (aquashpere) online two years ago, before I went to Oz, real thin Tri-suit jobbie, still have it, still going strong, bit of a wait on delivery, but if you know exactly what your looking for, and exaclty what size etc. then online ordering is the way to go. it'll save you 10-15%
As for the goggles, I wear aquasphere, because I like the soft Fit, but the best sellers are Speedo Mariners, and Futura Biofuse.
Aquablades by speedo are a very good compromise between swedish racing goggles and conventional one-piece, but you'll have to mind the carefully, scratches, ver stretching and not rinsing them wil reduce their lifetime drastically.
My personal favourites are Vanquisher Mirrors by speedo, because I do most of my swimming outdoor in the sun. They've got Good UV protection, a comfortable fit, and last forever and a day. But if sunlight isn't an issue, go witht the Aquasphere.
