SD channels regional variants - Best PQ ?

    Hi folks,

    I was wondering if there is a list of which of the various SD regional channels gives the best Picture Quality. For example I've read that of all the various regional ITV 1 channels that ITV 1 west country has the best PQ ? Also do the encrypted Fee To View Sky channels offer better PQ than their free-sat counterparts ?

    I'm mainly concerned with with Channel4 , E4, Five, More4 all the BBC channels (and the plus channels).
