    Just a quick thread to say how great it was to see the Irish Young Team do so well at the World Youths.Well done to all , ye did the Country proud

    And our two medalist Joe Ward [fantastic Gold ], and Ryan Burnett [great Silver]

    Another great display from an Irish amateur team.

    Ward is obviously special. He won the World Juniors out of his age and now the World Youths, decisively beating Cubans and Russians along the way.

    Interesting to see if how he'd do if he entered next year's seniors, which, considering the Olympics are the following year is a strong possibility.
