    Hey

Have been looking online but hard to find any relevant information.
How does one go about getting a disability certified? (Permanent)

    Thanks

Certified for what purpose? There is no general certification - different rules apply for social welfare, disabled drivers pass, etc.

Have you asked your GP? If they don't deal with issues like this then they'd surely be able to put you onto the relevant organisation/body.
