They are a contract cleaning company and if you are applying for a contract management position in the airport I would steer clear.

They work their contract managers into the ground.

Too much responsibility and too little pay.

I had an interview for an IT position with OCS in their main office (Richmond Industrial Estate) a few years ago. It was really strange, I was told I was the only person being called back for a second round interview but I then got a call from the IT manager telling me the position was on hold. I checked the careers page on their website a week later and saw that the IT managers role was now being advertised (the guy was there 10 years apparently) and I never heard from them ever again

I worked for them briefly 3 years ago. They don't just do cleaning, they do facilities management - security, cleaning, mailroom, caterers etc.
Steer well clear of them if you want to earn any money, they don't like paying their staff, I had to fight for 6 weeks for my money.

Yes I know them well. I worked for them and I know people who still do.... They favor 20 hour short term contracts where possible. The legal reasons for this are obvious..

I would not work for them again despite being called back but my circumstances did not allow me so the decision was made.

I imagine no amount of publicity would stop a person working for them in this climate However all i can say is know that you will be working short unsociable hours for poor money and be expected to be on call.
