Im meteor bill pay at the moment, due an upgrade soon and im going to get the desire. Thing is, im not too pushed on the 18 month contract. Its a bit long to be tied to a network, IMO.

Has anyone had any dealings in getting around this? Like getting it on 12 month.?

Ive been told before from friends, to tell thier customer service, that vodafone have offered me a new iPhone on a 12 month contract at a discount price.

    Oppinions?

Edit* Im on thier pay €50 contract and I want to stick with that, on BP, i get pretty much the same plus the 2gb internet usage which is pretty sweet.

Smart 35 wouldnt do me for the amount of usage my phones get. Need the 50.
Nice quick edit! :p Dont want an iPhone.

Ninja edit, didn't read your post property. :D

I'd ask, they might agree to put you on a 12 month contract for a little more than €50.

Is that actually available? I haven't seen it listed.

Oh, and I did type 'properly', this phone changed it. :D

Didnt even notice tilll ya said it! ;)

I havent seen a smart 55 option. It goes 50 then 85 AFAIK.

Think the phone should be a bit cheaper if going on an 18 month contract.

The price keeps jumping up and down on the website.
