Recepie on radio during the week

    I heard a very nice recepie on the radio last week but I cannot for the life of me remember what station it was on. Anyway, the recepie was for pork medallions done in cream and cardamon. Did anybody else hear it?

    I think it was on RTE 1 radio and was described by some old chef from Ireland. It sounded fantastic.

    Help appreciated.

    Pretty sure that was Paulo Tullio on the Moncrieff program on Newstalk. Might be on the we site but I think it was a reduction of the cream and cardomon and optional adding of prunes

    ^^^kenco is right. it was paolo tullio on moncrieffs show, which should be available on the newstalk podcasts.
