    What should I expect?

    The ideal candidate will have worked on Linux based systems and worked in a high pressurised environment. The role will be based in a large data centre working in a racking/server atmosphere. 2nd Level hardware server knowledge a must as you will be working with servers on a daily basis.
    Issue reporting, logging and excellent troubleshooting skills are required.
    Resolving issues on site and potentially attending other sites to resolve issues.
    Involved in all process, procedures and documentation outlined by the client
    General Admin duties


    Training: 2 week on site training on the clients’ site

    Qualifications/Experience Required
    Experience with Linux
    6-12 months experience in a similar role an advantage
    Racking/Hardware knowledge capability a strong advantage
    Networking experience desirable but not essential
    3rd Level qualification preferable but not essential
    The ability to work on your own initiative
    Working as part of a team environment
