    Ok my teacher just refuses to do anything butthe general vision and viewpoint , is anyone else worried that cultural context and litery genre may come up?

    That's really bad of your teacher But cultural context probably won't come up this year since it came up last year and theme and issue came up as well so literary genre and vision and viewpoint are more expected. You should be okay with just the one.
    You should try do literary genre by yourself if you possibly can
