    Does anyone know where I can find a black dump pouch that would fit on to your leg like a drop leg holster.

    What you want is a leg panel and a drop leg pouch that has a molle attachment...
    That'd be your best bet.

    If you haven't tried them before I can highly recommend them - ordered some bits and bobs off them and they're always quick and you get exactly what you ask for.

    Probably even the same one that I linked to on flecktarn as go tactical stock viper (which was the one I linked to) - so no need for internet shopping then OP!
