    Hi Folks,

I am looking to add a new circuit to the fuseboard for an office. The office is essentially the 1st floor box room converted.

Is it okay/allowed to bring the cable for this socket circuit down through the attic? I can run a new cable from the fuseboard up along the wall, across the ceiling (in the attic) to the other side of the room.

The reason I am asking is because I don't want to disturb the floor or the ceiling on the ground floor.

    Thanks in advance,

    B.

ya thats ok just ensure that you keep away from pipes sharp edges etc which may cause damage to the cable.
