Best level for Board in Manager Mode??

I started a manager mode as Drogheda Utd with the intention to work my way slowly up the ranks. I started a manager mode as Drogheda Utd with the intention to work my way slowly up the ranks. But after two seasons coming second in the league had a reputation of 1 and half stars and only got an offer from some crappy turkish team. Boards aim was to finish mid table in both. Board confidence was 100% at the end of the season.

I have also been through 3 seasons with Juventus won the league twice and a cup or two. But my rep is only two stars.

For both of these modes I had board difficulty as world class. Should I keep it a professional? As it seems impossible to work up the reputation.
