I'm planning to head out from Baldoyle around 8 or 8.30 for 70-80km out Balbriggan direction. No hills involved. Anyone interested?

I'm interested. Living in Raheny so I could head out to meet you somewhere.

Are you planning on using the Portmarnock/Malahide coast road?

I could join you at (say) 8.40 (ish) at the Spar by the beach in Portmarnock.

I'll see you there at 8:40. I'll be on a Kellys bike.

Is that the Spar near the martello tower? 8.40 is fine for me. Grey Giant with aerobars...

Yes. The the Spar near the Martello tower (not the Spar in Portmarnock village).

Thanks, gents. Nice to meet you both. 65km for me, would be a few km longer I guess for you two. Nice spin, but I had trouble keeping up in places.

Nice spin indeed. Not used to riding in a group so mightn't have been paying sufficient attention.

The trip across the sea shore at rush was interesting. Bike wash and lube immediately on return home.

Computer was acting up so no proper stats but what I got from it was: 66km, 25.4 avg, 48 max.
