incorrect feedback

    I left feedback for a seller but clicked negative instead of positive in error :rolleyes: I've added a note to say it was an error (as my comment said the transaction was perfect) and I've contacted the seller, and apologised & asked if they can request revised feedback as I can't find anywhere that I can do that.....
    Does anyone know can I change it or does the seller have to request that I do so first???
    Feel rotten - poor seller has 100% feedback & it was a genuine mistake that I would like to fix as soon as possible....

    Sounds like you have already done everything you can.

    afaik if the seller has a certain number of sales he can request that you change your feedback, so all you can do is wait.
