DTO/NTA press strategy

I think most people would agree that the DTO didn't achieve very much during its lifetime. But, they did, in fairness, come up with a good journey planner. And they also had an eloquent and pleasantly rotund press officer. Does anyone know if she has been subsumed into the NTA?
