A very weak card is right. 3 Maiden hurdles, 2 HH and bumpers.

The only horse I'll be looking at is Novel Investment, got a good word for it two years ago in Killarney. Was cruising 2 out when went out through the wing of the fence. Has run very little since but has been out to see the handicapper over the last few months. 5 to 1.

I see there Derek Fox got his first winner in the first of the bumpers. He was in my year when he was in school, good to see him getting a winner.
