Would anybody know where I could get the £50 and £100 from the last Irish punts - C Series.

The £50 had Douglas Hyde on it and the £100 had Charles Parnell.

    Any help would be cool.

I've been keeping an eye out on eBay for a while, but to no avail.

Could I buy some from a coin dealer?

    Keep watching.

It can take awhile. They'll show up eventually. You can also check US ebay, canada and australia too.

Look out for antique fairs that pop up at various venues around the country in hotels and places like that. They ALWAYS appear to have coin/note sellers. That's where I go to build up my irish note collection anyway.
