I'd crop out just after the dog.... couple of dark shadows in the foreground which look a little odd ... and the telephone poles on the extreme left...slightly distracting.

meh ...its a decent attempt (best light for landscapes is dawn/dusk...more dramatic colours...also try using some neutral grad filters to enhance colours)

Phew, I'm tired now after scrolling all the way back again !! :-)I like it, loads to see and keep me interested.

I scrolled and then took a rest and had something to eat before continuing the scroll, bit like a workout..

Like the image and the dog, is a nice touch.. don't like all the wires..

yeah i didn't even crop it so might take out the both ends of it. there is a big power station thing behind which i didn't photograph mostly cos of the sun. might add a bif of flavour to it

its just outside castlebar in mayo near a load of windmills its some sort of booster station, when i can afford a dslr i might have a look into them grad filters:)

The reason why I asked is because I am looking for a place with many wind turbines, preferrably near Dublin. Co. Mayo is too far though...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 692 ✭✭✭breadbin

yeah i agree its ugly but sort of think it brings something but i think it be better just to have the dog at the end of the photo now:)
